The Client
Everything I have learned about practising law comes from my clients, and I am truly grateful to all of them.

I have represented the interests of babies, children, teenagers, young adults to pensioners; displaced people, people with housing issues, bullied employees, those unfairly dismissed (including in pregnancy related sex and age discrimination cases), victims of road traffic accidents, personal injury claims, clinical negligence claims, drafted wills, made applications for probate and represented defendants in criminal cases. I was Junior Counsel on two local murder cases. The common thread throughout has been the passion for Social Justice. A Family and Children Law practice grew organically and gradually took over other practice areas.

I litigated for clients at the Magistrates’ Court, Supreme Court and Employment Tribunal of Gibraltar for 17 years. Something, however, was amiss.
